Alborada

Radio Alborada was a Chilean radio station based in Santiago, operating during the mid-20th century. Known for its focus on cultural and educational programming, it played a significant role in the dissemination of folk music and traditional Chilean culture. The station was aligned with leftist political movements and supported workers' rights and social justice causes. It ceased operations following the military coup in 1973, as its political stance made it a target of censorship during the Pinochet regime.
